Information We Collect
We collect information you choose to share with us through this website, including:
- Contact form submissions: parent/guardian name, athlete name and age, phone number, email address, program of interest, and your message.
- Athlete recruiting profiles: athlete and parent/guardian contact details, academic information (school, GPA, test scores), athletic measurements and achievements, video links, social media profiles, and photos submitted through our recruiting profile form.
- Registration: program registration is handled through LeagueApps, our registration platform. Information you submit during registration is governed by LeagueApps’ own privacy policy.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, manage tryouts and program registration, communicate schedules and club news, support the college recruiting process for participating athletes, and operate our programs. We do not sell your personal information.
Children’s Privacy
Our programs serve athletes ages 9 to 18. We ask that recruiting profiles and forms be submitted by, or with the knowledge and consent of, a parent or legal guardian. Athlete recruiting profiles are shared with college coaches only as part of the recruiting process, and sensitive details such as dates of birth are kept out of public pages. Parents or guardians may review, update, or request deletion of their athlete’s information at any time by contacting us.
Photos and Media
We may photograph or record practices, tryouts, camps, and competitions for use on our website and social media. If you would prefer that your athlete not appear in club media, contact us at presentevolleyballacademy@gmail.com and we will honor your request.
Cookies and Analytics
This site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly and to understand how visitors use it (for example, through Google Analytics). Embedded content such as Google Maps and social media links may set their own cookies and collect data according to those providers’ policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We keep form submissions and recruiting profiles for as long as the athlete is active in our programs or as needed for club administration, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
Your Rights
